About The Human Resources TeamThe Human Resource Team is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Company's retail stores, distribution center, and business office in the areas of employee relations, training, recruitment, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, safety, liability, and loss prevention.
About the Benefits Administrative Assistant PositionWe are looking for an organized and hardworking Human Resources / Benefits Administrative Assistant to assist with the daily administration of Bi-Mart's employee benefit programs, the payment of invoices related to the employee benefit programs, and answering basic questions from employees of all levels regarding benefit enrollment and eligibility.
Qualifications include, but are not limited toThe ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
An excellent record for attendance and performance
The ability to set priorities and organize workload
The ability to solve problems efficiently and offer solutions to customers
The ability to respond sensitively to patient/customer needs and/or situations
A proven ability to provide excellent customer service
ExperiencePrior Office Experience Is PreferredPrior experience in benefits or in human resources is an asset!

ScheduleThe Bi-Mart Corporate Office is open 800 am - 500 pm Monday - Friday.
